Solutions

Over this last quarter of a century that I have worked through job, brands, career switches, leadership and consulting, I have donned many hats solutioning on strategy, optimising resources, managing change, designing products and processes, building leadership pipelines and leadership and learning curriculums, managed budgets and clients and talent and resources. I aim to share a few such stories and the hats I wore and roles I played in this very versatile and interesting and successful journey.

  • Worked with Senior Directors of one of the world’s largest development finance organisations making career transitions and helping them get on the leadership pipeline to Executive Leadership roles with over 100 hours of 1-on-1 engagements and detailed stakeholder interviews and culling development feedback from 360 degree reports and other psychometric assessments, aligning their careers and developing their leadership competencies while pushing them to explore other personal pursuits to enable them to be whole-brained leaders.
